This is an excellent curry paste. My only gripe is that the bag it comes in is sort of awkward to measure the paste from. So I snipped the corner off of the bag and squeezed it out, which worked well but now it's awkward to store. Anyway, the flavor is really great. It's spicier than the panang curries we've had in restaurants but we're going to use some coconut cream to cool it down a little bit. Will buy again.
