I haven't bought this from Amazon yet, but my local grocery stores carry this. This is one of my favorite work lunches when I'm out of left overs. Sometimes I'll even have it just as a snack. I love peanut sauce, and I love spicy food.
Sometimes at work I wouldn't wait for the noodles to soak or steam after cooking and they would indeed be under cooked in the center. It is something to keep aware of when preparing these.
If you like spicy food and you can eat (and like) peanuts, I recommend giving this a try.
